Last Sunday I came back from the paradise. Visiting Hawaii has always been a dream come true and I still don't believe that I got there and I spent one of the best week of my life here with other exchange students :) It was my organization's trip and exchange students travelled across America to there and there were people from 15 different countries. We spent the whole week on the island of Oahu and our hotel located near by the Waikiki Beach. We had different activities during the week such as surfing, hiking, snorkeling, visiting pearl harbor, and many others. I'm so thankful that I got to go there, it was a paradise!
Our first day in Hawaii started 7am when we went to the Waikiki beach to surf and enjoy boat ride. We spent about 5 hours there and I have to say that surfing wasn't that easy that I thought.. my arms were dying and my feet were full of scratches!! But I'm happy that I could stand for a long time and it kinda looked like surfing yay, it was super fun! After surfing we had a boat ride where we enjoyed sun and we jumped to the water. We also saw dolphins which was really cool :)
The next day we traveled to Dole pineapple plantation. The whole place was full of pineapple and we could see how they are manufactured etc. It was a pretty nice place but I liked watching the gorgeous views more... that place is so stunning. And if anyone ever goes there, I recommend to taste that pineapple ice cream yogurt thingy, it was sooo good!

After the tour, we headed to the North Shore and surfing city called Hale Iwa! It's famous for its beaches and the waves, and people all over the world go there to surf and there are also many competitions! We went to the sunset beach where the lower photo was taken and we had a couple of hours time to eat dinner, look around and buy shave ice!

On the third day we went to the Polynesian Cultural Centre where we spent almost the whole day. There almost all of the employees were international students who were working there. There were 6 different ''islands'' such as Hawaii, Fiji and Tahiti, and each of them had different activities which emission experiments like hula dance, martial arts, performances and traditional food tasting. The place was made to look really nice and it was fun to see and learn more about different cultures :)
